Who I am

Hi, I’m Chiara, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

I know from personal experience how heavy life can feel when you’re carrying everything on your own. I’ve been through challenges myself, and I understand how important it is to have someone to listen, really listen without judgement. That’s what inspired me to begin my journey into becoming a therapist.

Your Safe Space is built on the belief that we all deserve somewhere to talk openly, explore our feelings, and begin to heal. I offer one on one emotional well-being sessions where you can feel supported, heard, and valued exactly as you are.

While I’m currently training as a therapist, every session is guided by empathy, compassion, and the understanding that sometimes just having a space to be yourself can make all the difference.
