Of course! You don’t need any experience at all. Your Safe Space is here for you just as you are. Many people feel nervous at first, but once we start, you’ll find it’s simply a gentle conversation where you’re free to share whatever’s on your heart or mind. There’s no right or wrong way to show up, just bring yourself.
✨ Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Not at all, you can come exactly as you are. Some people like to write a few notes about what they’d like to talk about, but many simply arrive and share whatever feels most present in the moment. Both ways are absolutely fine.
✨ Do you offer ongoing support after the session?
Absolutely. If after your session you’d like to continue sharing little thoughts or feelings with me, you’re welcome to reach out via WhatsApp or email. I’ll be here to gently guide and support you. And if you ever feel you’d benefit from a deeper chat, you can always book another session for dedicated time together..
